Note – If you delete the file then there would be a new pop up each time you open IDM stating “IDM cannot find 1 files that are necessary for browser and system integration. Rename the file “IDMGrHlp.exe” to any name of your choice or you can simply delete it.(I would suggest you to delete it).To be content with the serial number is (choose one): IDM registration tab will open just put any below key, to better fill the serial number first.Open IDM, (go to start menu, internet download manager). When finished, do not forget to save (Ctrl+S).Go to directory C:Windowssystem32driversetc.Delete Folder “ Internet Download Manager“.Now reboot your computer and fake serial key problem solved.įirst all you need to delete idm from your computer which can be done by following steps.

Some times after IDM un installation this registry folder does not exist, so if you find it delete the folder otherwise follow next step.

Then locates HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>DownloadManger.

And Delete this folder or values on right side windows.

Then locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Internet Download Manager.

After un installation open RUN dialog box, Just press “Win+R” and type Regedit in RUN and press OK.

First Step is Uninstall Internet Download Manger (IDM).
